Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup parsely
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: 1/2 cup blanched almonds
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until mixed evenly using a spatula to get everything off the sides. Put on fish, pasta, or grilled cheese.
