Quick N Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Who can't resist a recipe that only has three ingredients? Three wholesome ingredients. Yes please. I've made these cookies three times in the past week and even brought them to work (they were devoured). Just don't forget use only all natural peanut butter- with limited oil added. The kind that you can grind at the grocery store or make yourself is best, I learned that the hard way....

Ingredients:

1 cup all natural peanut butter (I used Justin's, ground peanuts should work too!)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt (more if you like it salty)

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a food processor, combine all three ingredients.
  3. Drop cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Use a fork to flatten then and make the cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cookies cool completely before removing from the baking sheet. They will harden up!
