Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup cashews
2 tblsp soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisen sauce
Directions:
Cut up chicken and season with salt and pepper. Add oil to pan and cook chicken. Place snow peas,cashews, soy sauce, and hoisen sauce into the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Place on top of rice or "cauliflower" rice.
