Quick & Easy Veggie Taco Salad

Here's yet another salad recipe that I dished out this week. I love taco salads (I think it's a combo of the crispy chips, the ranch dressing, and cheese). The best part is that I spent under 5 minutes prepping.




Ingredients
Tortilla chips (handful)
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Colby jack cheese, shredded
Mixed greens
Other Optional Ingredients:
Corn, black beans, avocado

Directions
Place all ingredients onto a plate or bowl and cover with dressing.
