Ingredients
2 pieces of bacon
3 stalks of asparagus
Handful of mixed greens
Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cook bacon and asparagus on an oiled skillet. Chop into bite size pieces and add on top of the mixed greens. Sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar or other desired dressing.
This dish was inspired by my asparagus and bacon loving boyfriend. He may enjoy his bacon, but at least he can incorporate it into a dish made of mostly greens. :)
